1. Create your account
Sign up with your work email. Your data is scoped to your company from the first login, and you can invite teammates and advisors afterwards.
2. Tell us about your entity
Answer a short questionnaire: entity type (private limited, LLP, partnership, proprietorship), state of registration, GST status, annual turnover, and employee headcount. These few facts are what statutory applicability actually turns on.
3. Get your applicable calendar
ComplianceStack runs your profile through the applicability engine and generates your compliance calendar — GST returns, TDS payments and returns, PF/ESI, advance tax, ROC annual filings and any legal items — each with its computed due date and owner.
