The R/A/G diligence checklist

A readiness percentage is hard to act on. The diligence checklist turns it into a named Red / Amber / Greenlist, grouped exactly the way a VC's diligence request is — so you can see, at a glance, which sections are clean and which need work.
How an item is rated
- Green — the required artifact is evidenced (or explicitly waived).
- Amber — a required artifact is missing but not yet overdue.
- Red — a required artifact is missing and past its due date: a real diligence red flag.
A section's rating is the worst of its items; the overall rating is the worst of its sections — across corporate & secretarial, cap table & equity, intellectual property, tax, payroll, FEMA/FDI, Startup India and legal. Every missing item names the artifact you still need, so the to-do list writes itself.
