Diligence happens at every round and at exit. The diligence pack turns the evidence you've already been collecting into a single, organised compliance data room you can hand to an investor or acquirer — in one click, from your report.
What's in the pack
- An INDEX— a checklist grouped the way a VC's lawyer expects: corporate & secretarial, cap table & equity, tax, payroll, FEMA/FDI, and legal — each item marked evidenced, waived, or missing, with its due date.
- The evidence files themselves, filed under each section.
- A machine-readable manifest for anyone who wants to script against it.
How to generate it
Open your report and choose Download diligence pack. It's a Growth-plan feature, and only company admins can export it (the pack contains your evidence). Everything is built from what's in your vault — so the more tasks you've closed with evidence, the more complete the pack.

The pack organises your own records; it isn't a legal opinion on completeness. Confirm with your CA, CS or lawyer before you rely on it in a transaction.
