Terms of Service

ComplianceStack helps Indian SMBs and startups track, organise and evidence their statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF/ESI, ROC/MCA, legal). Applicability and due dates are computed from versioned statutory rules, and AI helps explain them.

ComplianceStack does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice and is not a substitute for your CA, CS, or lawyer. It does not file returns on your behalf. See our Disclaimer.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You're responsible for the activity under your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the people you invite (advisors and team members) and the access you grant them.

You own your data — your company profile, documents, and evidence. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide the service to you and your authorised collaborators. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for your own statutory filings and payments.

You agree not to misuse the service — including by uploading unlawful content, infringing others' rights, attempting to breach security or tenancy isolation, scraping, reselling the service, or interfering with its operation.

Paid plans are billed through Razorpay as recurring subscriptions and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable for partial periods. Prices and plan features may change on reasonable notice. See Pricing.

The service relies on third-party providers and public government systems (e.g. GST and MCA) for verification and status. These sources can be unavailable, delayed or inaccurate, and we are not responsible for their content or downtime. Verification results are indicative — confirm anything material with your advisor.

The ComplianceStack software, design, brand and content are owned by Ventuno Technologies Private Limited and protected by law. These terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the compliance rules, due dates, verifications or AI outputs are error-free or current at all times — statutory timelines change by notification.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventuno Technologies Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any penalties, interest, or losses arising from missed or incorrect filings. Our total aggregate liability under these terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify Ventuno Technologies Private Limited against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
