Read-only investor links

Share a time-boxed, revocable link so an investor, lender or auditor can verify you're clean directly — they see your readiness and checklist, never the underlying files.

Sometimes you don't want to email files at all — you want an investor, lender or auditor to verify you're clean directly. A read-only diligence link does exactly that.

How it works

  • From your report, an admin creates a link with a label and an expiry (7, 14 or 30 days).
  • The recipient opens it with no login and sees a read-only view: your diligence readiness, evidence coverage, and the checklist by section.
  • The link is time-boxed and revocable — revoke it any time, and you can see when it was last viewed.

Tamper-evident, not silently editable

When you create a link, ComplianceStack takes a fingerprint of the evidence it exposes. If that evidence is later edited or deleted, the link itself flags "edited since shared"(otherwise it reads "unchanged since shared"), the change is recorded on the item's activity trail, and whoever created the link is notified. You're never blocked from making a correction — the point is that the record you shared is provable, and any change after the fact is visible to everyone, including the recipient.

What it does — and doesn't — expose

A share link shows status only: what applies, what's evidenced, what's still missing. It never exposes the underlying documents— so a forwarded or leaked link can't leak your files. When you want to share the actual evidence, send the downloaded diligence pack instead.
