Your client portfolio (My clients)
Advisors get a cross-company cockpit — every client company on one screen, scoped to your role, sorted by who needs you most, with one click into any client to act on its tasks.
If you advise more than a handful of companies, triaging them one dashboard at a time doesn't scale. As an advisor you get a cross-client workspace — your whole book on a few screens, without opening each client.
This week — your daily work queue
Your home is This week: every open task across all your clients in one list, grouped by urgency (overdue → this week → upcoming), each row showing the client, the deadline, and who it's sitting with(preparer → reviewer → filer). Filter to just what's pending with you, a single client, or one area, and click a row to act on it. Alongside it sit a cross-client Calendar(every client's deadlines on one calendar) and an open Notices list across the whole book.
My clients — the health rollup
- A header across your whole book — how many clients, how many need attention, total overdue filings, and clients with open notices.
- A row per client— health, overdue count, next deadline, evidence coverage and open notices, with an "awaiting founder" marker for clients you onboarded who haven't claimed ownership yet.
- Sorted by who needs you most — most overdue and at-risk first, so you start where it matters.
Scoped to your role
Each client row reflects the buckets you're responsible for — a CA sees the tax picture, a CS the corporate/ROC picture — so you see your mandate across the whole book, never data outside it. Opening a client applies the same per-company permissions as everywhere else.
One click to act
Open any client and you land in its dashboard and calendar to work its tasks — the portfolio is a launcher over your existing client workspaces, not a separate place to maintain. New clients appear here the moment you add them with Add a client.
Firm-scoped, for your whole team
When you sign up as a firm, the cockpit shows the firm's book, not just your own — every associate you invite sees and works the same clients (each scoped to their bucket). New clients are shared with the team automatically, and you can set a default Jr → Sr → CA chain from Firm settings so tasks are assigned the moment a client is onboarded.
