Auto-verified GST filings

ComplianceStack checks the GST portal for you: when your GSTR-1 or GSTR-3B is actually filed, the matching task closes automatically with the ARN attached as verified evidence — no upload needed. The product knows it was filed, instead of taking your word for it.

For GST, ComplianceStack doesn't just take your word for it — it checks the GST portal directly. Each day it looks up whether your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B were actually filed for the open period. When the portal says filed, the matching task closes automatically and the filing's ARN is attached as verified evidence — no upload needed.

"The product knows"

This is the difference between self-reported and reality-confirmed. Evidence the system verified against the source is marked differently from a file you uploaded, so the headline number can be the stricter one — the percentage of tasks closed with verified evidence, which is exactly what an investor or lender trusts.

What's covered

  • GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B — both monthly filers and QRMP (quarterly) filers — plus the annual GSTR-9.
  • It only reads filing status — ComplianceStack never files on your behalf, and it never needs your GST portal password (it uses the public return-status lookup).

If a task auto-closes

You'll see the task move to evidence-uploaded with a "Verified via GST portal" source and the ARN on record. If you also upload your own copy, that's fine — both sit together. Anything the portal hasn't shown as filed stays open, so nothing is closed without proof.

Statutory due dates and applicability are computed by the deterministic engine — confirm interpretation with your CA, CS, or lawyer.
